With extensive experience in New York, LA and other worldwide market’s Revolution Management has the contacts and knowledge to manage a wide range of personalities and individuals. From high fashion to commercial print, music, film and television the options are endless. We also represent top fashion photographer Holly Parker. It is our goal to provide management to aid our talent to get placed in major markets and become a foundation for them to create their careers.

Scouting and Development

As Scouts few agents have had greater success in both discovering and managing new talent. From having discovered or worked with several of the current Top 50 models in the world as seen on Models.com, to model turned actors Charlize Theron, Rachel Nicoles and Rosario Dawson, we are constantly on the lookout for new faces and talent. We are experienced, trained professionals who treat all out talent with dignity and respect. We only pursue working relationships with potential model and talent clients that not only have a real chance of success in the industry, but that will also benefit from our services.

In development we are committed to translating our knowledge and enthusiasm to the talent that we represent. We are responsible for ensuring that the models and actors are ready to take advantage of the many opportunities Revolution and other agencies will other them in the future. We work hard to be seen as mentors and motivators who are always available to our select group of represented talent.

Marc-Philippe Tuscher

With over 21 years of experience in the industry Marc Tuscher’s knowledge and reputation are without equal amongst mother agents. In 1994 he began his career as an agent to several famous fashion photographers including the creative director of Elle magazine Gilles Bensimon. Approached by several agencies to switch to model and talent management, Marc chose American Models where he quickly established himself with the management of several future stars including Canadian Olympic Synchronized swimmer Estella Warren who to date has made 18 feature films including Planet of the Apes and The Cooler with Alec Baldwin. In 1997 Marc moved on to the top boutique agency in New York ‘Pauline’s’ under the leadership of legendary Pauline Bernatchez. There he again made several major discoveries including current #1 model in the world African American supermodel Liya Kebede now with IMG and managing future academy award winning actress Charlize Theron as a model. Poached to work for worldwide powerhouse NeXt Model Management in 1999, Marc spent the next 5 years solidifying his place in the industry as an agent to many of the supermodels and celebrities out there today. Time spent in Paris and Milan handling the agency’s stars during the fashion shows also developed strong relationships to the elite European agencies. Marc also consulted for Flutie Entertainment representing actresses Jamie King, Alexis Bledel, Natasha Henstridge and Laura Prepon amongst others. His former girls and discoveries have appeared everywhere from the covers of Vogue, Sports Illustrated ( 5 straight covers) and Victoria’s Secret to the campaigns of Calvin Klein, Covergirl, and Ralph Lauren. To date talent he has represented through the years have appeared in over 200 motion pictures and Television series including, Monster, Pearl Harbor, Troy, Sin City and “That 70s Show”.

After a long and successful career Marc decided a change was necessary and after taking a few months out to pursue other interests returned to open Revolution Management in 2004 and in a recent newspaper article was named one of the top model managers and scouts in America. In 2007 he produced the best selling documentary about getting started in the industry titled; Model New : York which interviews the top 15 Model agencies in the world as well as Teen Vogue, Abercrombie & Fitch and Sports Illustrated.

Diana Gormley

Diana Gormley is one of the top New Faces agents in the world, having joined Revolution Management in 2008 as a partner after 12 years in New York. She began her career in 1995 as an assistant to icon Donna Baldwin in Denver. Quickly noticed by the top agencies in the world, she was hired to come directly to New York by the world renowned Next Model Management where she quickly became Director of New Faces and Development. After 8 years at Next, she moved to powerhouse New York Models as Director of New Faces. Her creativity at both agencies in imaging, branding, scouting and development took her all over the world for many years. Diana has worked with and influenced many of the world’s biggest models. She has an impeccable reputation industry wide. In 2007 she moved back to Denver and is now the director of the modeling division at Donna Baldwin Agency.  Diana is the leading fashion agent in Denver with an unmatched understanding of the local market. Her knowledge of agency relationships, national and international model markets and placement make her an exceptional addition to the Revolution team.
